Importance of skin care

Don't have time for intensive skin care? Some habits are essential to make your skin healthy, fresh, fair complexion all year long and to prevent skin problems like breakouts, blackheads, acne and dryness. Pamper yourself with basic tips. because healthy lifestyle choices and good health care can help in delaying the natural aging process (Anti-aging)! As your look makes the difference. So get started with some basic tips.

Protect yourself from sun:

The most important way is to protect your skin as much as possible from sun exposure as it causes the different skin problems like skin aging, acne as well as increasing the risk of skin cancer. The sun's rays play a major role in damaging the skin tone. So be careful about these dangers. Avoid the sun between 10 am to 4 pm when sun's rays are strongest.

Use sunscreen:

The number 1 cause of wrinkles is sun damage. So make it habit to use broad spectrum sunscreen of at least 30 SPS in all seasons even in winter and in cloudy atmosphere. Whenever you are outdoors, apply sunscreen after every two hours and more often if you are swimming. A great way is to keep two moisturizers, one for night and one for day that contain ultraviolet protection. Keep remember that never use moisturizer with sunscreen at night. All products (ingredients) does not meant to be used 24/7 that can aggravate the skin.

Protective clothing:

In order to protect from damaging effects of sun's rays, always wear protective clothing such as tightly woven long sleeve shirts, long pants(trousers), mask and wide-brimmed caps which can keep you save from sun. Also better to use light colored clothing that reflect sun light and prevent to absorb the heat. Consider laundry additives which give an extra layer of ultra violet protection.

Watch out for external stress:

Stress is a part of life, that you can never neglect this reality and its separate matter how you handle it. Stress, pollution and smoke have numerous effects on your whole body especially nails, skin and hairs. Stress causes a chemical response in your body which makes the skin more reactive and sensitive. Now i tell you how it happens.
You might have noticed when you are stressed. you are break out.  This is because stress causes the body to produce cortisol and other hormones. which tells your sebaceous glands to produce more oil. Oily skin is more prone to wrinkles and other skin problems. Use skin care products to protect your skin against these daily stresses before leaving the house and also after coming back to home in the evening.
Get solution to handle oily skin.

Gentle cleansing:

Dust, smoke and other tiny particles are accumulated in the pores of your skin after coming from outside even in normal routine. Also make up removal is important. So all these things make your skin under stress and disturb its natural balance. Taking care of sensitive skin starts with make up removal. In selection of make-up remover, make sure it must be pH neutral, specially formulated to cleanse your epidermis gently.

Exfoliation is indispensable:

Use a suitable exfoliation treatment once or twice a week. It must be effective yet gentle and respectful. Same like cleanser, exfoliation product should also be pH neutral. because its perfect for smoothing and purifying the skin while respecting its natural balance.

Don't smoke:

Smoking has powerful effect on skin, as it makes your skin look older and contributes to wrinkles. It narrows the tiny blood cells of your skin which decrease the blood flow. Oxygen and nutrients are very important for skin health but smoking depletes the skin of oxygen and nutrients. Smoking also damages the fibers that give your skin strength and elasticity. In addition, smoking pursing your lips and squinting your eyes to keep out smoke (can contributes to wrinkles).
If you smoke, the best way to resolve your skin problem is to quit. However you can consult your doctor to leave smoking.
